  • Summer living starts at our AMAZING library. June 1- August 20 is Club Read. It's free. It's open to all children and teens. http://www.lvccld.org/events/special_programs/club_read/ The library shows a commitment to community including literacy, the arts, services (e.g. internet classes, tax preparation, book clubs, parenting workshops, college information). The Summerlin staff is outstanding. The librarians are kind and helpful. I appreciate the engaging and welcoming story times and many events. Also, the Summerlin branch maintains a Facebook page by regularly posting event dates, program details, NEW monthly inventory to their collection (e.g. Bestseller books, DVD's), and ways to be involved with the library.
