  • Bought a scale which was far from accurate. When I went to return it, it said it is just like that, whether I like it or not. While asking the Manager why they were still selling this faulty prduct, she said she has been selling those for years and did not see any problem. Even worse, she said that this weight is for seniors who couldn't even notice the inaccuracy! Dowbright insulting, and ruined my day. I downaloded yelp just to say I would not recommend it under any circumstances.
