  • UNPROFESSIONAL! I initially called them to book a consultation and ended up cancelling due to bad weather. They called me NONSTOP and left countless voicemails for 2 weeks straight because of my cancelled appointment. I finally got fed up and spoke to them about this and got an awkward apology. I had an in depth conversation with the receptionist and got as much information as i could. She kept insisting that i make an appointment to speak to their consultant so i did. I was told that they would be assessing my skin and hair and providing more info as well as going over pricing. I went to my appointment and it was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! She didnt look at my skin or hair. She didn't tell me anything that i didnt already know about laser hair removal. And after speaking for 3 minutes the appointment was over. When i pointed this out to the consultant, she looked very embarrassed and didnt know what to say. When i left the appointment, i called the office back to speak to the owner or office manager regarding my appointment because i truly felt my time had been wasted and i was quite mad as if i hadn't gone to the appointment, i wouldnt be getting home 2 hours late. They told me that it was their policy to have consultations regardless and that she would have someone call me. AND GUESS WHAT....NO ONE CALLED...WHAT A SURPRISE. They harassed me nonstop but now refuse to call me about their own mistake. They harass and hunt clients... whether they waste your time or money isn't a concern to them at all!
