  • Groomer injured my dog and didn't tell me when I went to pick him up. When we got home he wouldn't move, only a few steps at a time. When I looked at his underside I found a cut near his private parts, bleeding slowly. I called the store and got vm. I left a message, two days later no response. I called and left another message and even emailed them. Finally got the owner, told her what I found, she apologized and offered up excuses but didn't even offer another grooming for free. Never went back, very disappointed in management style not to say such horrible customer service.
