  • Agree with Sam M. False advertising. The advertisements say "no contract," but they will continue to withdraw money, even when you've explicitly rescinded their authority to auto-withdraw from your account. And the manager pretends there is nothing he can do, they claim there is no corporate number to address the concerns. I will be reporting to BBB as well - they stole money out of my account, despite my express instructions. These neighborhood clubs are a dime a dozen - so don't choose this one, you will regret it.
