  • Excellent Service all around. My dishwasher top rack broke. I called and almost immediately received a call back. With the model number he knew exactly what parts I needed. Said it was a known defect for the dishwasher and gave me the final price. Two days later he was here. Parts in hand and 15 minutes later he was gone - job done. Really painless and easy. Not cheap, but way better than a new dishwasher!!!
