Friday Afternoon, 3 people working behind the desk, but only 2 kiosks actually helping people, 15-20 people in line means over an hour wait.
Then I was told that I was in the wrong line, another 15 people line is for tracking only.
Waited another 40mins to get my package tracked. Then they said it was lost and couldn't help me. Package says delivered but never arrived.
Basically understaffed, many people complaining, employees are tired and worn out, I'm going to guess that it's like this all the time.
