  • A business that's using Groupon,is trying to acquire new customers, right? Everything was going alright, as well as a dentist apptointment can go anyway, until the dental assistant decided to just let me sit there and hang out in the chair for nearly a half hour, after she said she was getting set up to clean my teeth. Seriously, she just left me hanging, not knowing what was going on, all the while knowing I'm very uncomfortable at the dentist! When I finally got up to ask what was up, I was told it would still be another 10-15 mins till the hygienist could come clean my teeth. I had already been there for 90 + mins, there was no way I wanted to stay there any longer at that point. I ended up just rescheduling my cleaning, but not exactly thrilled about the idea of returning. Plus the quote they gave me on an implant, was so freaking ridiculous, even with thier so called discount plan, it's more than 1k more than other places!
