  • A force of incompetence to be reckoned with. The management does not give a damn about you or your predicament. They also act like they are doing you a favor when basically any other industry would do the exact same procedure. I don't know what it is about the cell phone game that makes it pathetic, but Verizon does Horrible Service better than anyone in the game.
