  • When you did not think that the service could not get any worse ... it does! I called head office to complain. And their response? They admitted that they have issues at that store! The staff ASSUME that because you have brought your own bag, YOU will pack your own ... while trying to get the money to pay and someone behind you rushing you along with THEIR groceries to pack - who needs this pressure because people are too lazy to be doing their jobs?! Seriously! The store is shiny and gleaming and the experience ends in a bad, bad way at the cash register. The people working the checkout are miserable miserable miserable!!! You have to ASK how much (because they don't tell you) and do NOT expect a thank you because you won't get it. Honestly, I will avoid this place like the proverbial plague. If I could give it half a star, I would.
