  • Typical Freightliner Dealer, more business than they can handle, which equals EXTREMELY poor customer service. Little to no communication with service writer, who exhibited condescending attitude. After 24 hours I asked service writer ETA to being done...."I don't know, they didn't tell me ". What a jerk !! All employees are robots with no emotion, little to no caring about customers, rude attitudes. Horrible place !
