  • My trusty Pixel XL slipped out of my backpack and hit the hot concrete floor today and I thought all hope was lost. Multiple cracks in the screen... When I tried to turn it on, it was mostly black. There was only a part of the screen that lit up but it wasn't any type of clear picture. But luckily, I could tell my phone was still working since I could hear vibrations from my notifications. Then, I brought it to this awesome place, and met a super knowledgeable and confident guy named Kurtis. He recognized my phone right away and there was even a plaque on the wall that said "Fastest Pixel Turnaround Times" for 2016 and it made me feel so much better. It came out to about $160ish and it only took half an hour!! The screen was brand new and it felt and looked like I had a completely new phone. He replaced the glass and also the LCD underneath since the corner had been busted. I was really satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use them again. Kurtis was really professional and just so nice about everything. Thank you again!!
