rev:text	Wish I could give it no stars. For my military people DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT move here. They could care less about you. Like the employees there said, it's a business. I regret moving here. At this point I wish I would have lived at Eagle Trace. These people are money hungry. I'm getting tasked to deploy in April and my lease ends in April and now I'm being charged 1K to live here outside of my lease even tho I don't want to. I told Mike the manager back in February that I was deploying and he told me to come back when it got closer so I did and now I'm being told I didn't give them the 30 day notice. Now I have no choice but to continue to live here if I have to pay the 1K anyways. Even after my shirt came here with me they still told me I had to pay the month to month rate. To find parking here is a nightmare. The dumpsters are always full. The walls are so thin here. I constantly heard my neighbors arguing and having sex.The mainteance staff sucks!!!!! My garbage disposal never worked since I have been here and they have came out here 3 times to fix it and it still doesn't work. I can write a book on how horrible this place is. The management crew sucks. They always have a smile on their face because they know they screw people over on a daily basis. They disgust me. One time I went over to ask Maria for my lease agreement and she couldn't find my file in the file cabinet. I was standing in her doorway for 5 minutes before she finally stopped playing candy crush on her cell phone to assist me. Talk about disorganization. I was supposed to have a walk thru at 0900 and no one showed up and when I called the front office they said they didn't have it on their calendar. They preach about how they stick to the rules and pride themselves on greatness...uh no these clowns stick to money and pride themselves on running this place like a circus. Wow!!!! AWFUL PLACE!!!!!!!! Also, if you terminate your energy bill early when it comes time to move out they get notified and you get charged for it. Once again think twice before moving in here. Don't move into Colonial Grand at Palm Vista either because Mike owns that property too!!!!
