  • If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. We met with Eli. Everything was going smoothly, until they started going over the negotiating process. I had a trade in, and they really low balled me on the trade in value. But it is what it is, that's how car dealerships work. We then sat there for over two hours going over this back and forth crap they like to do. We finally came to an agreement. Then, came finance. We met with Sofia. She was nice and got through everything actually pretty quickly. After we were done at finance, I had to wait another hour to get my car. There were people that came in after us, and left an hour before us. This was ridiculous. Waiting around for the sales person, he was no where to be found. Had to page him 3 times. I was on vacation the week after, and I received a call that they went through a different bank for financing. Okay, makes sense. But, I was told I had to sign the form and fax it in the next day, or I would be charged a fee. Good thing the hotel I stayed at had a computer and fax machine! There were repairs that needed to be made to the car, but of course, those couldn't be done the day I purchased the car, they were too busy. Also, I left the dealership with only a quarter tank of gas. They said, we will fill it up when you come back. I was told I would be called to schedule the service. I didn't hear from anyone for over two weeks. I called after one week and was told, very rudely, that someone would call and I needed to be patient. I finally scheduled my service. I was there for two hours. For only a fog light cover replacement and new wiper blades. When I told them I was owed a tank of gas, they asked for proof. I didn't receive anything from the sales person, so I just told them it was Eli who told me I would get a tank. They had to call him to verify. Really? Again, RUDE service. To top this whole experience off, I never received information about my financing, who I had to pay and when. Nor My account number or my payment amount. I had to call the dealership, who then told me to call the bank. Really inconvenient. My temporarily plate also expired, and I didn't receive my permanent plate with tags until the day after the temporary plate expired. I would never go back to this dealership. Worst experience of my life.
