  • Being a Flo-grown and moving here to Viva Hot Vegas, AC is always of the highest priority to myself and my family! I have been very happy with the service we've received from Sierra AC. The staff is very flexible with maintenance scheduling. The techs who come out know their stuff and explain each steps of the process as they went through our system to make sure everything was in working order and in terms I understood (which are super simple ones.) The techs even take the time to cover their shoes to be respectful of our flooring in the home, as well as to shut doors to keep bugs and hot air out of the house. They were friendly to introduce themselves and even took the time to entertain my kiddo and pup. We've had Matt and Kyle out who are very knowledgeable and thorough so that we have no worries after they leave. I like their honesty and understanding of the HVAC system because we all know that you can't afford to have no AC when it's over 100 out in the Vegas Summer!
