  • The response to my review below is unbelievable. After 1 month- 30 days- when Scott came back to my house and saw the issues that I was complaining about, he tried to tell me that my dogs had caused the issues, and he tried to blame me for the discolorations and the cracks in the leather- saying that I hadn't taken proper care of the leather. He's still trying to pull that! It had been 30 days!! He said, "no- I did your couches in Oct. You should have called me earlier", and I said, "It was Oct 2015- 1 month ago!." He insisted that his paperwork said, "Oct 2014", and that he didn't remember being at my house 1 months earlier. (??!!) Are you kidding me?? I have the checks!! This place is a sham. A total sham. Stay away if you value your furniture and/or your money.
