  • I arrived 5 minutes early for my appt. 20 minutes later I finally get acknowledged by a staffer for my arrival. (No receptionist). 10 minutes later and nearly half hour past my appt time I get into a room. "Someone will be with you shortly." Ha! 71 minutes past my appt time, the vet finally comes in. You'd think he would express a little concern that I waited over an hour. Nope! Not one inkling of concern that I wasted an hour of my valuable time waiting. It's blatant disrespect and I hope to never have to come here again.
