  • I love Vegas but I don't love planet Hollywood customer service. Good thing my hubby only paid $49 a night cause of his comps but their service is unheard of. Three people at the front desk with a massive line to check in?!! Plus u can't check in early? BS. The lady at the front desk was bitchy too. No eye contact and straight up no real reason why we cant assign to a room early and pick up the keys later? "sorry cant do anything on the computer is unacceptable." Next time I'll stick with Cosmo and Palazzo. Thanks PH for your lack of effort. Also I noticed I had positive reviews back in 2008 - 2009. Totally went downhill.
