Brought vehicle in for oil change. Manager calls asking if I want additional service on my vehicle, i.e. changing battery, wipers, etc. Informed him that we only want the oil change and he becomes defensive. Angrily states the vehicle is ready to be picked up. 45 minutes later another technician calls stating the vehicle is ready as soon as I am about to leave the house. Why call twice?
The next few days, the vehicle is taking longer and longer to start. Take it to the dealership and they replace it stating the battery was drained and damaged. Start to think that because I turned down the offer to replace a perfectly good battery, they decided to damage mine. Whoever is in charge over there is ruining the good reputation of Firestone as I never had any issues before this. Karma is you know what.
