  • Absolutely, hands down the worst service I have ever had. I ordered from Telefora and the flowers were suppose to be delivered to my sisters place of business on Wednesday. Wed, came no flowers. I called telaflora and they said they would contact the company they gave my order to. I was assured they would be delivered Thursday. Thursday came still no flowers. Telaflora gave me the direct number to this company and they said that they tried to deliver the flowers and was told by the girl at the front desk my sister didn't work there. This company is a secured company and there was no possible way this was told. Also, to add insult to injury my sister is friends with gal at the front. I called my sister and she checked the front. Nothing like that ever happened. So again I called back this horrible company and then the story changed to oh I talked to the person on the phone at the front desk and she said the girl was no longer there. Interesting enough since the number they have for the company that I gave was my sisters secretary and my cell phone. Another Lie. Friday afternoon flowers arrived. I had already ordered flowers from another reputable company and did not go through telefora so I knew exactly who I would be giving my business too. When I called on Friday just to check the status on my sisters flowers. (not that she needed them because I got her other ones) but to see if I could get a refund. They told me no they are already out to be delivered and would be at her office by 5:00pm Friday afternoon. I was annoyed and said really its 10 am and these should have been delivered Wednesday and you wont have them to her until 5pm? The rude lady on the phone said she wold give me a 40% discount on my next order. I laughed and said no thanks I will pass. The flowers showed up in the late afternoon and they looked like they had been made Tues or wed.
