| - AWFUL.
My friends and I came to Vegas from San Diego for a weekend to celebrate a birthday. We wanted to try a restaurant at the Cosmopolitan and chose this restaurant to make our reservation. I can speak for my entire party of 15 when I say that we were very very very disappointed with this place.
1) Service is terrible. There were so many servers walking around, more so than guests, and yet hardly anybody tended on us. We had to flag down multiple servers to ask for our check, because still no check after we asked several times. They were rude, too. Very short with us. We even noticed that when they were standing around not doing anything, they pointed at different guests and snickered or laughed.
2) Food. Extravagant price for average tasting food. We ordered 1K of food, and it filled not one of us. It was like going through Costco and getting bite size samples of food- and none of it tasted special. We all left hungry. Did I mention we waited an HOUR after ordering before we received any of our food? I never do this, but I couldn't help but ask one of the servers how much longer our food was going to take. And of course when he said "5 more minutes," it turned out to be 15.
After dining here, it made sense that there were hardly any other people eating here being it was a Saturday night and during "Spring Break season." We even felt bad for the birthday girl having chose this place for her, because we wasted HOURS of celebration here that we wish we could have gotten back. We all agreed that eating Fast Food through a drive-through would have tasted so much better, filled us up, and would have been worth our time. Don't waste your time here.
