  • I called at 7:30a spoke with a polite and helpful gal who set me up with an appointment the same day. We had Carlos as our AC tech and he was so patient and understanding and it just made the experience less stressful. It was hot and I didn't know where keys were or how to get him to the roof it was a big mess but he didn't complain or get irritated *even after being there longer than he had to be. he was informative throughout the entire process, the fee was reasonable and I'll definitely use this company again! Thanks Carlos :)
