  • We came back here about 6 months later for dinner and had another great meal. One caveat was that the hostess walked us upstairs to a table we did not really want as it was a busy spot next to a huge table of people. We asked nicely if we could have another table and the hostess gave us a death stare. She walked us around the corner to a much better table and looked completely miserable. I would think that because we would be spending upwards of $300 here for dinner, it really wouldn't have been a big deal, especially since it was late on a Sunday night. It kind of ruined the initial mood of the meal, however our server and the meal was fantastic again. We ordered two steaks, the poutine, and a few appetizers. I would come back again, and perhaps request a table in the back before hand.
