  • I came in yesterday with plans to order a birthday cake, but Daphny was extremely unfriendly, total lack of customer service and didn't look like she wanted to be there!! I tried to ask her questions about how a couple of the cakes and how they taste. She provided very little info and told me no samples other than what their promoting, confetti! Then she had the audacity to tell me I could purchase a cake yesterday (TUESDAY) for a SATURDAY BIRTHDAY!!! I found that very odd. How does a cake stay fresh for 5 days??? I've never purchased from this store before, based on customer service, lack thereof, I'll go to the Sahara location where service isn't rude and uncaring when you're planning to spend $40!! Lost my business!
