  • You should rent from this company if you want to be completely on your own for repairs and maintenance on the property. Unorganized, unprofessional, and unacceptable! The leasing staff is a group of high strung, rude, unpolished ex-used car salesman types. The maintenance staff may as well be some random dude that got picked up from the Home Depot parking lot. The service from management is non-existent. When I moved in to my condo at the Red Rox everything looked good, the place is nice, the windows aren't clean, there is a layer of dust on most surfaces and large deposits of dirt in corners, no biggie, I can clean. The A/C was broken, the stoves had the wrong burners, the fridge was missing the drawer track, the dishwasher is broken and filled with mold/missing prongs, and my mailbox lock was changed so I didn't have mail for two weeks and all of my mail was returned to sender including refund checks from my past utilities. This has been a NIGHTMARE and still after one month of living there continues to be a complete inconvenience and I still have no dishwasher. I dread the thought of calling them to repair anything in the future. NEVER AGAIN!
