  • I am very picky about sushi and there are very few places where I will eat it. I am particularly suspicious of restaurants that offer only a few varieties of fish and include mayonnaise in most of their preparations. The is our absolute favorite spot in town for sushi. The food is delicious, innovative, and impeccably fresh. The atmosphere is also very sleek and attractive. This is definitely a great spot for a nice date. Although the chef certainly deserves credit, I think that the owner -- who stands guard over the dining room and sushi bar -- is a major factor in this restaurant's quality and consistency.
