  • Visited about 2 weeks ago... I would give this place -5 stars if there was an option and here's why: Walked in about an hour and a half before closing and all the employees were handling one customer each- cool. We looked around patiently at the products waiting for a few mins and were greeted as the guy took another customer who came in after us and said we would be next- ok maybe he missed that we came in before the other person 20 minutes later one of the employees finished with a person and walked out of the building without a word and while trying not to make eye contact with us and never came back- ok maybe they had something important to do 15 minutes later we ask one of the employees who had been sitting and talking to a customer about random things completely unrelated to anything t mobile related at all since we walked in approximately how much longer would the wait be since we just have a few questions to ask about getting a new SIM card for my grandfather who isn't able to make it down here and he simply shakes his head and continues to make small talk with the same lady and again not doing anything service related...just sitting and chatting 20 minutes later then when he finished with the customer he goes into the back to avoid talking to us again- alright that's a little frustrating now...can't even use words to address us then ditching the paying customer 15 mins later... now that we've been there over an HOUR not even being acknowledged besides the hello we will be with you next at the beginning by a rep who never even looked our way again...the guy hiding in the back returns and quietly starts clicking on his computer alone. We ask him again this time a bit more fed up- if it will be much longer since it's been over an hour and he rolls his eyes and "yeah go ahead" as if we are some kind of annoyance as a customer coming into the store asking for a very available rep to answer a couple questions for us. 10 seconds later he tells us to call the customer service line and they'll help us as he can't do anything without my grandpa even tho we mentioned to him he can't make it here but can confirm any kind of information over the phone if necessary. Why would I bring my elderly grandpa into a place with over an hour wait with no place to sit(rep was sitting and chatting at the one area)? Not an ounce of understanding, empathy, care, customer service, etc etc If you are a female and have lots of time to chat- this is an excellent place for you Anyone and everyone else: AVOID
