| - Went here with my kids for a birthday party for my niece. Though the kids had fun, which is ultimately the intention, I was HIGHLY upset with the customer service and would not willingly spend ONE RED CENT here EVER! First, there were inexperienced, seemingly BORED teenagers that looked and acted like everyone was inconveniencing THEM when asking for assistance! There was Asian-looking girl who loudly huffed and physically rolled her eyes MULTIPLE TIMES when she had to secure the harnesses for the kids for the Rock Wall because we disrupted her and her friends behind the register! WHAT?! You mean you have to work today? Poor baby! THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE WHOLE PLACE BUT US - and only 2 kids wanted to go on the Rock Wall! WTF?!? The staff was not doing anything but socializing anyway! Secondly, they got the party details wrong. My sister in law paid for an "upgraded" party (I would hate to see what the "basic" party package looked like) - there was no hostess, goodie bags, or ice cream for the kids AS PER THE CONTRACT, until she had to IMPLORE them to use half a muscle to look it up in the system. Then, when they found she was telling the truth, only half-ass apologized and barely scraped everything together to give the kids before all the parents had to leave. Also, the pizza was as terrible, gross, and lackluster as the customer service. I truly hope my sister in law gets her some of her money back. This place was NOT worth the money. Like I said, the kids had fun, and knew no different. But to the staff there, and noticeably missing adult Management personnel, if you don't like your jobs - QUIT!!! No one wants to come to a fun, energetic place to PAY MONEY for a birthday party and see moody, scowl-faced, sloth-speed moving teens who are more concerned with talking crap about their customers than ACTUALLY DOING WHAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO - WORK!!!!
