  • 1 star for the customer service .... I am a regular customer at The Face Shop but the experience I had at this location is the worst. When I walked in and looked for the products, I asked for other options and the only thing they would say is "That's all we have". The employee did not even care. She stood there and just watched me. As other reviewer mentioned they have gloomy and not-a-good-day face. I dropped the product since I had my bag and wallet holding and she just stood there and watched me pick it up without asking if I needed any help... In general, they don't make me feel like a valuable customer, instead I feel that I came and begged for their products. I do love their products but I do not want to return to this location anymore. This location is their main store as well as the face for the entire brand since it's located in the heart of Toronto and in one of the biggest malls in Canada with a significant number of tourists and locals. Managers and headquarters need to be aware that it's important to keep this store as good as their brand image. What I experienced today is not even met the satisfactory standard, not to mention I came early noon which is when they just opened... Totally not recommended!!!
