  • We called Dukes of Air to get a quote primarily because of all of the great reviews on Yelp. They came out spent a long time reviewing our current system and making sure they knew what our new system would take to install. Have us a very competitive coat for two new Trane units. We decided to go with them and they came out a few weeks later early in the morning with a lot of people that were very polite and considerate of the fact that my wife worked from home. They immediately went to work and had both systems removed and new ones installed in 5-6 hours. House and area was left in immaculate condition. Had a Followup about a week later and answered all of our remaining questions. I have to say that these guys were great all around. From the office staff to the field staff. Everyone did a fantastic job! This is how a service company should operate. Don't go with anyone else if you are looking for a new AC system.
