Let's face it, this store is not the best Smiths. I actually hate going here. However I have never had a bad experience with a cashier until now. Her name was Gloria. She moved my cart over and said she'd help me in her lane, but just pushed the cart over and didn't help me unload like they normally do. I bought a bunch of stuff and miscounted the multiples of five. I asked her if I bought sixteen of a particular item she said yes, the coupon didn't scan for the last four items so I knew something wasn't right. I go to customer service it's about twenty people deep, I decide that spending more money than intended on less products isn't worth fighting and waiting. If Gloria would have counted my items and checked like I had asked, instead of just saying "I don't know why it won't work" and I asked again, "but I bought 16, right(plus four of another item makes twenty, I was apparently off by two)" she said yes and didn't count them. The cashiers always double check when I ask, not Gloria, she couldn't be bothered. I'll stick to self checkout from now on and monitor my own items.
