  • THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING. I called them a day before we needed to move due to a scorpion situation we were dealing with. Duchess answered the phone and was extremely helpful. Since it was such last minute, it didn't look promising for me, but Duchess let me know they had just received a cancellation. It was my lucky day! Duchess really sold me on the company - she made me feel comfortable and confident that this company was the absolute best - family owned, with many of the guys being there for 8-10 years. And because it was such an urgent situation for us, she scheduled the guys to be out at our place at 6am! INCREDIBLE! Incredible service. This morning, the guys arrived, wide awake and ready to work. THEY WERE AWESOME. Chad, Roy and Carlos were absolutely outstanding. They were kind, professional and did anything and everything to make the day move quickly and efficiently. I can't begin to tell you what a great experience we had. These guys had quite a long walk, and up tiny elevators to get to our place - and they did it with a positive attitude. Seriously. They were awesome! Thank you guys so much.
