Good luck with this company.
I purchased a Living Social deal for 4 weeks of landscaping: mowing, edging, mulching and hedge trimming. I bought the most expensive of the packages ($144). Normally my husband and I do our own lawn maintenance, but he has a broken clavicle, so I though this would be nice--you know, give him a break for a few weeks.
After emailing multiple times with no answer, I finally got a response! They were forwarding my info on to their "scheduler" who would then contact me.
I waited a month to hear back, and when I realized they weren't going to call me, I sent another email asking them to come out that weekend.
Crickets.
I finally got another email a week later letting me know that all Living Social customers (almost 400 of us) would be scheduled in June.
It's now June 10th, and I haven't heard a peep.
I bought this deal in early April.
I'm done with this company. I sent a complaint to Living Social asking for my money back.
