  • I actually wish I could give them a zero. They quoted me $225 for the rental but actually charge me $512. After hundreds of calls over several months they kept telling me that I needed to talk to a certain person who will never answer their phone or return my calls so I finally gave up. I fly up here every year and I will remember this next year and never rent a car from Avis again! Hope it was worth it Avis it cost you in the end. They would've earned a lot more money than that over charged if they would've just kept my business and did what they promised! Congratulations Avis you screwed up again and lost another customer and lots of money!
