  • Paid for adult sized 2 scoop sundae and was given a childs 1 scoop, REALLY! Ordered $20 in ice cream and tasted nice, however, my 2 scoop sundae that I have read been ordering for like 45 years was seriously lacking. I asked the server where the 2 scoops of ice cream were and he stated he gave me 2 child scoops because I wanted hot fudge. I fail to comprehend how paying for an adult size hot fudge sundae suddenly turns into me getting only 1...ONE CHILDS SCOOP of ice cream covered with a tiny bit of hot fudge. Server did not even try to fix the issue. Wow! Back to cold stone where they charge more, but I get what is advertised.
