  • I have both bought and sold homes with Jeff and I can confidently say that if I buy or sell again, Jeff would be my first call. Sadly though, I love the home he helped me buy so much that I may never move again! I think buying and selling homes is stressful, but Jeff unfailingly provided the best advice and guidance available. He is incredibly responsive to texts, calls, and emails, and he always had up- to- the- minute information on the homes and neighborhoods I was looking at. I never felt the need to do any research on my own because Jeff had already done it all. I was especially impressed with Jeff's knowledge of the homes and neighborhoods I was looking at because his office in in Scottsdale and I both sold and bought homes in central Phoenix. When we looked at homes he offered insights and answered questions without ever putting pressure on me to make an offer. He showed the same even- handed, confident temperament when I was selling my home as well. I was also very impressed with the lender he set me up with. The lender that not only had my paperwork done weeks ahead of the closing, but also managed to lock me into an interest rate that was less than what I was originally quoted. Jeff is the best-- if you're looking for a realtor, look no further!
