  • Had an appointment for an MRI. We're told on arrival it would be a 1 hour wait because the MRI machine broke down at another Simon Med location so all those patients came to this location. We left to go get some dinner and returned an hour later. 90 minutes later (2 1/2 hours after our appointment) we were finally led to the back. We left at almost 10pm-with only one other person behind us. Why were the patients from the other office given priority over us? So sucky.
