  • Amazingly, John at Aunt Donna's shaved our badly matted, long-haired tortoiseshell cat without any trouble, even though she isn't a cooperative cat, and has never been shaved or bathed before. Our vet was going to have to sedate her, just so she could be groomed. So I was expecting trouble, but John knows all the tricks to use on cats, and does a beautiful job. We will be back! Very impressed!
