  • Food is consistently amazing. Service is consistently deplorable. There is absolutely no efficiency, management, or organization. Last time we had to order cocktails 3 times before we got them and ask for the check 4 times until we threatened to leave. So, here we are. ... Today, we waited 40 minutes within their new expanded dining room. 3 servers, a hostess, and a bartender overseeing 8 tables and shooing customers off tell them 45 minute to an hour wait for a 3/4 empty restaurant. There was a sauce covered bean in the bottom of our chip bowl and a shard of glass on the table when we were seated. Both pictured. Ordered drinks and meals immediately upon being seated; knowing the glacial pace witnessed so far and after another 20 minutes, we have an empty chip bowl, empty cocktails, and still no entrees or even a visit from a moving person. What a success this place could be if anyone cared or even knew what they were doing attempting to run a business.
