  • Another bad experience at this location!! I keep telling myself not to go back and stick to the Tucson location but it was restaurant week and I couldn't resist. We actually had a reservation at a competing steakhouse but I was craving Flemings and against my better judgment I changed our reservation. Giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because the walnut turtle pie is still my favorite! To my surprise the restaurant was dead. At one point I counted the tables in the main dining room and there were only 11 tables at 7:30pm. Biggest problem was that our server had at least 5 of those tables. Erika (I think that was her name) was friendly and knowledgeable but her service staff failed her. She got sat 4 tables within about a 15 minute window. She couldn't keep up. The food runners and server assistants were just standing around in the kitchen. The female manager that visited our table was just as useless. I couldn't even get my water refilled and forget it if we actually needed anything during our main course. The manager briefly visited our table to introduce herself but didn't even offer to send someone over to refill my water or bother to ask how our steaks were prepared. Well...I ordered mine M and it was MW/well. My husband ordered MR+ and his was black & blue. The meal was disappointing and the service was atrocious. (Sorry Erika - I know you were working your butt off.) Go spend your hard earned $230 elsewhere!
