  • I gave this place 3 chances. Two times I was accepted as a walk in, but the lady in the back didn't do the best job (had to fix it at home). Third time was today for which I made an appointment with Mark. He originally suggested 10:00am and I stated that 10:30am would suit me better if it was possible; he stated that it worked. I came in at 10:25am and said I'm here for Marc.. Marc asked if I'm John.. I replied that I was Danny and he stated "I scheduled you for 10:00am..." good job Marc! Wasting both of our times like that.. I immediately put you on my calendar after we got off the phone. I know for certain that this was your fault and you just stared at me blank faced...
