  • I spent $9,000 on a backyard project. As part of the project, he installed 5 trees, and we were told we had a one-year warranty. One tree was dying immediately. In February (4 months into 1-year warranty) he said the tree was fine, but it continued to not grow. I had to replace it myself, and nursery said tree was not planted correctly. Now, two more trees are not thriving/dying. He refuses to honor the one-year warranty, and is very hostile in emails. Very disappointing. He says he is an arborist, but 3 of 5 trees need to be replaced, all at my own expense. My neighbors had their yards done at the same time from a different company, and their trees are growing tall while mine aren't.
