  • After hearing from friends (and just about everyone I talk to) about how great this place was, we were a little nervous to check it out, fearing it'd been overhyped. But boy did they come through. Ordered a dozen oysters, the mixed pan roast and manhatten clam chowder. The oysters were AMAZING - simply put, the best that either my wife or I have every had. The pan roast was good and filling - I realy like how you can choose the spiciness on a scale of 1-10. I chose 4 since I was sharing, and i could have probably handled a 6. The clam chowder was okay, but much better once we threw a little hot sauce in it. Overall, this is definitely a place we'll be back to. Not sure if I'd wait in line for 1-2 hours like some yelpers, but we were able to walk right up and eat at noon on a Wednesday.
