  • Stay on 2/18-20/2012. Suppose to have the Deluxe Suite - Roman Tower reserved since Dec. Manager - not clerk switched our room at checkin to a smaller room that was not fit for the Caesar's name. Outdated ugly furniture, dirty carpet, overall crappy room. Complained but all 3 deluxe rooms (1300 sq ft w/piano) had booked for evening. Guess we were low man on totem pole. Would have to move next day to promised room & received a $50 credit. (wow that was worth it!) Awful! Next day they were to call when room was done as we had a wedding re-newal to go to (ours) at 2:45. They never called and we finallly called & said what's up? Oh its ready, it's now 1:15 and bell hop on his way....1:30 not bell hop..another phone call..finally in room at 1:45 to leave 20 min later. They could care less. One bright point was the bell hops and desk clerk Adam. Not one to one staff's fault but management unforgivable. Stay away from any room in Roman Towers.
