  • Very Professional and Conscientious. When I called, someone answered the phone right away. I asked if someone could be there the next morning and we originally arranged a time between 8AM & 10AM. Then a few minutes later, I got a call asking me if I was available the same day as the call. Instead, we arranged for James to arrive at 7AM. When he arrived on time, we discussed that I hoped to gat some of the honey, but sadly it wasn't meant to be. The moment James tried to block part of the hive entrance, the bees immediately swarmed and attacked. So James had to spray pesticide into the entrance and that killed the bees and poisoned the honey. He had to open up a portion of my retaining wall, but left the area tidy and clean. Because of the type of work, James wasn't able to repair the wall, but did put down odorless pesticide to discourage a new bee hive. He also recommended that I have the expansion gap opening covered with masonry to also keep the bees out, because bees can chew threw foam sealant. Their service was exemplary! Thank you, James and "The Bee Keeper", great work!
