BAD EXPERIENCES!!! (PLURAL)
PRO:
1. After 2 months, the bed's headboard has a big crack. Which is not a pro but I contacted Living Spaces, sent in a claim as requested to which they promptly replied and offered a "reselection" because the item is no longer available. "Reselection" is basically a trade for a different item. "Reselection" is good for 30 days only. RESPONSE WAS VERY FAST!
CONS:
1. No refund...I must select something there. This is for a bed which was purchased on 3/18 and delivered around 3/26/2018. (They are forcing you to buy from them only.) ARE YOU SO DESPERATE FOR THE SALE THAT YOU SACRIFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ETHICS (THE HEADBOARD WAS FABRICATED FROM POOR GRADE MATERIAL?
2. When they make the delivery of the "reselected" bed, they will not take the damaged bed with them. I must make arrangements to have the bed removed at my own expense. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
3. All telephone calls go to a call center...all Los Angeles, Arizona and Las Vegas stores have the same telephone number. WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE INDIVIDUAL STORE NUMBERS LISTED?
4. I called the listed phone number again and could not get a clear answer where I called other than it is a call center. (VERY SECRETIVE OF THEIR CORPORATE LOCATION.)
IN CLOSING:
1. Be aware of refund and exchange policies for all companies.
2. Take into account of yelp comments and understand what happened to other people.
