  • I'm saddened to write this review, because I thought that I finally found a decent nail salon. I have been going here for months now and love one of the techs there. Today was a disaster to put it lightly.. I called and made an appt with my favorite and the owner didn't even let her finish my pedicure and moved her along to someone else. I'm sorry, I am a paying patron who spends plenty of money there. So unprofessional I can't even believe it. Then my sns manicure... another disaster, but this time I had them correct it, all while they talk about me under their breath and pull my hand abruptly . Not good at all... such a shame, I liked the place, but will not be returning. I originally wrote this review and was asked to remove it... I will not do so. Last time I was there, the owner threw her phone at me and said "my husband wants to talk to you"... with no explanation as to why. He asked me to remove my review because they work hard to make their customers happy. No, actually they don't. Poor poor customer service. He didn't offer to give me a discount or even rectify the situation, he was too concerned with my review. Too bad, he should have done right by his customers, because word of mouth is the best advertisement. I'm sorry to not be returning because one of the techs there is actually phenomenal and they are lucky to have her.
