I love Lands' End clothing for my boys - school uniforms, sweatpants, flannel shirts, winter jackets, hats, scarves, etc. I don't really care for their clothes for myself. I try, but I look too "precious" in their styles. Quality is good, customer service as a corporation is excellent. I usually do my shopping online and return in store if I have to. That said, my 3 stars is aimed at this particular Lands' End location and the staff of middle-aged women (age 50+) who work there. I've encountered a handful of employees with put-upon airs and chilly demeanors who look at you like you're butchering the English language when you ask them a question. I highly suspect this place is staffed by retired librarians and teachers ... the ones no one liked.
