  • I have to agree to few of the previous reviewer who gave 1 star. My reason: 1. the loan officer was nice before you sign the document to go with then, then he disappear and not returning phone calls. One time I finally got hold of him to clarify some of the charges, he almost shouted at me. two faced person. 2. the system seems not synchronized: i have send in multiple times of SAME document and they are still asking the same thing. 3. They are missing documents all the time, still asking for things after the loan is closed. There are many other mortgage service company around, avoid this one.
