I came here about a month ago for a full back wax. Now I don't usually go to wax bars, and I found this online and it was close by so I decided to give it a try. I told the girl that was helping me that, hoping she would educate me a bit more or be a bit more sensitive. She was nice don't get me wrong, but wasn't very sensitive to a "first" timer. For instance she assumed I knew what position I should be in, in order for her to wax easier. The wax was hot for me, but she didn't bother to ask me about the temperature. When I was done, I was checking the work done in the mirror and she came back to knock on the door and rush me to see if I was done (wasn't even 5 minutes before she left me). And when I was walking out, I felt something sticky - apparently she had accidentally stuck some wax residue on my hair while she was doing my back. Untangling my hair was not a pleasant experience.
